Our role

Nokwanda Nanny Agency is an agency that connects families with childcare and housekeeping providers. We arrange introductions and facilitate interviews between the parties. We are not a recruitment company and do not act as the employer of any provider.

The family and the agency make the appointment decision together. Families remain responsible for confirming that a provider is suitable for their household and for agreeing the final working arrangements.

Background checks and safeguarding

We conduct and verify background checks where available and use interviews as part of our agency process. Checks are not a guarantee of future conduct or suitability. Families should complete their own references, identity checks, and any legally required checks before an appointment.

Fees and refunds

All agency, consultation, and introduction fees are non-refundable once paid.
